St Mary's is co-ordinating with other village organisations  in a series of other Jubilee events:
Thursday 2nd June: 9.00 pm: Lighting of Jubilee Beacon at Mendlesham Green organised by the Parish Council, with Scouts organising the bonfire and hot dogs. Fr Philip is leading a short act of dedication. Further details soon.

Saturday 4th June: Family Picnic at Mendlesham Green, organised by Mendlesham Community Charity Further details soon.

​Sunday 5th June: Mendlesham Street Party, Old Market Street, organised by Mendlesham Community Charity.

UPDATE 2022 from the Foodbank:
FOOD BANK STATISTICS

1235 emergency food parcels were sent out in 2021 which equates to 2749 people being fed in our local area. A massive thank you to all our supporters. We could not have managed to support so many people without your help.
 
WANTED
Old laptop/tablets for re-homing. Please let us know if you have any old laptops or tablets that we can clear, re-set and re-home to families in our area.
We can now receive donations online via our Facebook page or website www.livingit.org.uk
