Our church is OPEN for worship
It is also open for private prayer between 11.00 and 4.00pm every day. Mask wearing is optional, but please be sensitive towards other people regarding social distancing.

Daily Mass continues to be offered.
Sunday Mass is offered publicly at 9.30am and also livestreamed each week - See links below. recordings remain available afterwards.
Donations for the Stowmarket Foodbank can be left in red boxes.

Online giving

Thank you to all those who donate towards the upkeep of services and the maintenance of ministry at St Mary's church, which relies completely on the generosity of people like you. We have no historic reserves and still have large outgoings even when some in the congregation are continuing to shield and feel unable to attend.
You can now give online via 'Give a Little' - click here See the Donations page for other ways of giving, including regular giving through the Parish Giving Scheme or by Standing Order.

Thursday 22nd July 7.00 pm Mass & Holy Confirmation - also livestreamed.

We welcomed Bishop Norman to celebrate Mass and Confirm three young men: Max, Harry and George, who have recently become part of our worshipping community. (More photos to follow soon.)

Sunday Mass & Holy Baptism 11th July 2021, - 15th Sunday of year-: 9.30 am in church (also livestreamed from 9.28 am)

The Baptism of two young men, Max and Harry, who have recently become part of our worshipping community took place during this Mass. Together with George, they also received their first Holy Communion.

Throughout the lockdown we continue to maintain contact with members of the congregation and others who are shielding through email and a phone tree. If you would like to be added to the email list, which means you will receive bulletins and links to recorded worship as soon as it is processed, please phone Fr Philip or send a request through the Contact page.

We also need to care for each other during this time. We can continue to leave donations for the Stowmarket foodbank in the red boxes inside the church.
